Park City Condo
About This Project
Designed for resale, built for longevity.
This project centered on a simple idea: create a kitchen that feels current today and still feels right years from now.
Originally finished with traditional oak cabinetry, the space was reimagined to help prepare the home for sale. Rather than chasing a trendy aesthetic, the design focused on balance: soft gray cabinetry, warm wood flooring, durable quartz surfaces, and a layout that feels both functional and inviting.
One detail I particularly love is the variety within the cabinetry. Strategic use of drawers, doors, and different cabinet proportions creates rhythm and visual interest throughout the kitchen, proving that thoughtful design often comes from the smallest decisions.
The result is a bright, welcoming space that complements the architecture of the home and continues to feel timeless years after completion.
Kitchen After
I love how modern this is without being too cold.
Always always always use fridge panels to cover the side of a fridge.
Corner sinks can be so cute.
I love adding deep drawers to doors and drawer cabinets to add visual appeal.
